when two people fall in love, they enjoy each other's presence. but subsequently they ignore the world around them, and lose everyone else they used to treasre but still they don't care. break other people's hearts, shatter other people's dreams, destroy other people's memories, extinguish other people's passions, hurt other people's souls, all they have in their eyes are each other and that's all, who gives a shit to the rest?
and that is why i've decided i'd never let myself fall in love. because being in love sounds bloody irresponsible to me right now. unless my heart cannot help it. which, in the unlikely event that it might possibly happen, would not happen. but even if it really happens, it would be one-way. let's just say i have never had the fortune of loving and being loved as much as i love. of course, those who love in the expectation of being loved in return are just wasting their time.
however, that's not my point and you know it. |
